Q) What kind of services do you provide?
A) We provide non-medical services such as homemakingcompanion care, respite care, live-in companionship and concierge.

Q. How do we begin services?
A. Our Registered Nurse will meet with the client and any family members to assess the client’s needs. There is no charge for this meeting. After a schedule is determined, services can begin within 24 hours.

Q. Can I change my schedule?
A. Yes. You may adjust your schedule as you would like.  Simply contact the office. (24 hours noticed is required)

Q. How are caregivers selected?
A. You will find that the most qualified Home Health Aids and Certified Nurse Assistants personnel in the area belong to our agency. Our hiring staff thoroughly checks driving records, professional references, and conducts Level II background checks. As a result we have formed a team of experienced staff who share our compassion to care for the elderly, the disabled, and the chronically ill.

Q. Will I have the same caregiver?
A. Once you are satisfied with the caregiver that will be helping you, we do everything possible to assist you in maintaining your relationships with your caregiver. Providing continuity of care is of great importance to us.

Q. Are the caregivers employees of Precise Care Services (not contractors) and protected by worker’s compensation?
A. Yes. The caregivers are our employees, not contractors. All of our employees are insured and bonded.

Q. Are services limited to seniors?
A. Services are not limited to seniors. We help people in many situations, including illness or surgery recovery.

Q. Can you provide services in retirement centers or assisted living facilities?
A. Yes. We provide services in retirement centers, assisted living facilities and your home.
